Miss Pierce has been a high school science teacher since 2009. She has taught at Otsego High School since 2011. Prior to that she had worked as a Physics and Physical Science teacher at Olentangy Orange High School in Lewis Center, Oh. Miss Pierce earned a Bachelor’s degree in Single Field Science (Physics) and Education from Bowling Green State University in 2009, and a Masters in Integrated Science from University of Findlay in 2015. Miss Pierce is the advisor for Knights in Shining Armor. She has three cats and one dog, all of whom are named after famous scientists or science related figures. She is also mildly obsessed with the character Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy. Don't ask her why, she has no idea.
