Mrs. Harter has been the high school librarian since 2021. Prior to that she was a substitute teacher in the district for many years and the editor of the former Knightly News District Newsletter. She has a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University with a major in Journalism/English and a minor in Political Science/Marketing. Mrs. Harter has also worked in many newspaper journalism and public relations positions and has worked extensively to promote literacy. She and her husband, Jamie, have three children; Josh, Jennifer, and Jonah, and five grandchildren.
