College Credit Plus

Students and families who are interested in participating in the College Credit Plus for the 2024-2025 school year must submit an Intent to Participate form and the Otsego Parent/Student Acknowledgement Form no later than April 1, 2024.  These documents will be provided at the Academic Information Night in January 2024. 
 
If you are interested in participating in College Credit Plus, please be sure to follow these steps:

Step 1: Receive CCP Counseling (either you attended the meeting on January 19th or you have already met with your counselor).

Step 2: Submit required documentation by April 1 deadline! (specifically the Letter of Intent and the Parent Student Acknowledgement Form).

Step 3: Apply to the CCP Institution of choice (BGSU, UT, Owens, etc).

Step 4: Follow all protocols for Institution eligibility and be sure to REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT so we can send it for you!

Step 5: Meet with your CCP Advisor to schedule your CCP classes

Step 6: Email your CCP schedule for fall semester to your Otsego counselor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

College Credit Plus (CCP) is Ohio’s dual enrollment program.  Eligible students will be allowed to take courses and earn high school and college credit that appears on both their high school and college transcripts.  The course must apply to a degree or professional certificate.  To be eligible, students and parents must receive counseling regarding the program that will be provided by our high school counselors.  Students must then meet the admissions standards of the participating college or university to which they apply for enrollment.  The links below will take you to information for each of our partner schools and to our district information as well.  

If you are taking the Accuplacer as your CCP entrance exam, use the link below to set up an account for a free Accuplacer web-based study app prior to testing.  There is also a PDF sample test below if you prefer to print out a paper copy of the test.
