Attendance Information
Consistent attendance is essential to student success at Otsego High School. Being present and engaged each day helps students stay on track academically, build strong relationships, and fully participate in our school community. Families play a key role in supporting regular attendance—please review our attendance policies and procedures to help every Knight show up and succeed!
Reporting an Absence
If you need to report that your child will be absent from school and it is not pre-planned, please contact the High School Office by calling (419) 823-4381, then follow the prompts with the following information:
- Press 6 - to report an absence
- Then press 3 - to be directed to the High School line
- When leaving a message with our High School Office, please be sure to state your name (as the parent/guardian), the student’s name, grade level, and reason for being absent.
