Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in any education program or activity that receives federal funding. This includes protection against sexual harassment, sexual violence, and unequal treatment in athletics and academics. At Otsego, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and staff.
