Melody Freeland
Ms. Freeland has been teaching Spanish at Otsego since 2021. She currently teaches Spanish I and Spanish II . She has also taught other levels of Spanish at Bowling Green State University, the Upward Bound Program as well as Lial Catholic School. Ms. Freeland completed all of her higher education thus far at Bowling Green State University. She has her Master's degree in Spanish and her Bachelor's degree in Adolescent Young Adult Integrated Mathematics Education with a minor in Spanish. She has also conducted various research studies with a focus on university education preparation programs and culturally and linguistically diverse student populations. When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys cooking dishes from around the world, reading lots of books and being active in the gym, outdoors or playing lacrosse.
